Located on the third floor of our yellow house, the Lookout Suite offers an unparalleled view of Vilano Beach and beyond. It’s not just a panoramic view from the bedroom (although that is spectacular)--the Lookout Suite also has exclusive access to the rooftop deck—where you can enjoy a jaw-dropping 360 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean, the Matanzas Bay, and Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway. Watch the sunrise with a cup of hot coffee looking out to the east, then toast with chilled champagne as the sun goes down in the west. The Lookout Suite will take your breath away 24 hours a day.

Bedroom

The luxurious interior of the Lookout Suite is a worthy companion to its outdoor views. Savor sleeping in in your King-sized bed, and enjoy your complimentary breakfast* in the small seating area.

A plush sofa is perfect for cuddling in front of the electric fireplace, or for watching a movie on your 48-inch Smart TV.

Bathroom

The bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. There is an enclosed water closet for the ultimate in privacy.

The Lookout Suite

The Lookout Suite has a mini fridge, microwave, and toaster for your convenience. Like all of our rooms, it has a Keurig coffeemaker; pods are provided throughout your stay.

Please note: This unit does not have an elevator. Guests will climb two flights of exterior stairs to access the suite.
